Ildar founded Greener Ventures on January 9, 2006 with the purpose of assisting private and public companies and their employees with their valuation needs. Prior to founding Greener Ventures, Ildar started his career in management consulting with Bain & Company in 1997 where he worked in Dallas and Johannesburg offices. He then worked in investment banking with Deutsche Bank and Lehman Brothers. After business school, Ildar worked in venture capital with vSpring Capital where he made investments and managed portfolio companies (boards of Cogito, DriveSafety, S5 Wireless and Senforce). Ildar worked for S5 Wireless as CFO where he helped raise over $20 million in venture and debt financing. Ildar received his B.A. in Economics Magna Cum Laude from BYU and his M.B.A. in the top 10% of his class (Tuck Scholar Honors) from Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. In his spare time Ildar enjoys cross training at Gym Jones and running ultramarathons. In 2010 Ildar finished the following ultras: Red Mountain 50K, Grand Teton 50 mile and Bear 100 mile races. He’s married to an amazing wife and has three wonderful daughters.
