Dr. Steven Waters is our litigation and damage expert and leading economist. Dr. Waters received his PhD in economics from the University of California, San Diego and is experienced in matters involving environmental damages, property value diminution, antitrust, intellectual property, employment, and general economic and business issues. He has prepared econometric and statistical models for use in litigation and non-litigation settings. He has presented his analyses in deposition and trial testimony to academic audiences and the US Department of Justice. In addition to his consulting practice, Dr. Waters is a part-time professor of economics at Brigham Young University.
