PPM and M&A Advisory

Greener Ventures provides Private Placement Memorandums (PPM) services. We work on everything from the PPM itself to partnership, operating, and subscriptions agreements drafted by attorneys with experience at leading national law firms. We also prepare marketing materials and consult clients on their strategy and positioning of their offering.

For Mergers & Acquisitions Greener Ventures’ main emphasis is in providing unbiased and thorough letters of opinion on both sell and buy sides of a transaction. Unlike brokers and investment bankers our main goal is to provide an unbiased valuation of a business to facilitate a fair transaction.

In addition to opinion letters, we assist funds, companies and brokers on the sell-side with preparation of sales marketing materials and buyer identification, qualification and closing. On the buy-side we assist with due diligence and identification of potential M&A targets.
